Surveys or pub crawls, call them what you wish...
Barnsley CAMRA get out most months to do a survey in villages or towns around Barnsley. They tend to be on Wednesday evenings but not in January, August and December.

November 12th 2008 (note: 2nd week) - To be arranged
October 1st 2008 - Worsbrough Common. Start at the Silkstone, Park Road at 7.45pm
September 27th 2008 - (Saturday) Mini bus of the Western Outpost. 5pm departure from the Joseph Bramah, Barnsley - (CAMRA Members only) £7 - Drop offs included.
August 2008
July 2nd 2008 - Royston and Athersley. Note New Start Time - 52 B-Line Bus From Barnsley at 6.50pm, Start at the Ring O'Bells 7.05pm. Report to follow soon

Tasting Panel Social at the Horseshoe, Wombwell. Starts about 8pm, catch the 222 or 229 buses at 7.20pm or 7.40pm

Sun 24th Aug
Charity BBQ at the Market Hotel, Elsecar. From 2pm, games inc Giant Jenga, raffle etc. All proceeds to the Barnsley Samaritans

Tue 26th Aug
Branch meeting and social at The Star, Cudworth. Catch the 32 or 47 bus at 7.15pm or 7.40pm.

Sat 20th Sept
The Sponsored Walk. Meet at the Joseph Bramah at 11am for a 12 noon start. About 8 miles to the Station Inn at Darfield (the long way).

Tue 23rd Sept
BAR Distribution social, Start 8pm at the George and Dragon, Summer Lane, Barnsley (Note new location).

Sat 27th Sept
Western outpost survey trip, leaves the Joseph Bramah at 5pm. CAMRA members only. Please book ASAP £7

Tue 30th Sept
Branch meeting and social at Darfield Cricket Club. Catch the X19 at 7.25pm.
