Tickets for all sessions are still available on the door.

DISCLAIMER

We will serve over the course of the festival 35 real ales mainley from the breweries in South and West Yorkshire.
We cannot guarantee all beers will be available at all times. Popular beers will inevitably be drank first, however we will endeavour to provide a good choice of real ales throughout the event until it is simply not possible.
However all the beers were available as we opened on Saturday evening in 2004 and 2005...

CIDER AND PERRY

We have 9 ciders and a perry at this years festival, take a look at the foot of the 2006 beer list or download the programme if you can't wait to find out.

FOOD AND DRINK

Food at this years festival will be provided by the staff of the Keel Inn. Food orders can be taken at the pubs bar. The food offered will be just the stuff you need for a festival, hot and cold sandwiches, pie and peas, burger and chips, that sort of stuff.

CAMRA PRODUCTS STAND

The 'Every One's A Winner' Tombola stall is great fun, and the new Good Beer Guide 2007 should also be available. A raffle for the Pathways (Barnsley Domestic Violence Group) Charity will be held and drawn on Saturday evening at about 8.30pm.

FESTIVAL FUN AND GAMES

Traditional pub (board and table top) games will be available for use during your time at the festival, donation to Pathways Charity will be greatfully accepted.
Beer festival battlships was very populer last year and will again be back!

CHILDREN AT THE FESTIVAL

Lunchtime is always the ideal time to bring the family to the festival, and the licencee allowes well behaved children into the pub during the Saturday lunchtime session. A small family area is available near the main CAMRA bar.

FESTIVAL DETAILS

This is Barnsley CAMRA's third festival to be held at the Keel Inn public house. Thank you to the many people who have let us know they liked the small festival feel, not one person at the last two festivals have said they didn't. This event is organised by the Barnsley Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale and the Keel Inn.

ADVERTISERS

A six page beer list will be produced for the Festival. Advertising is available to anyone interested.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Getting to the Beer Festival by public transport couldn't be easier. Travel across the country by bus or train to Barnsley Interchange. Building work is ongoing here until Summer 2007.
